Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet residents, visitors, employees, and clients with professionalism and warmth. Verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and manage access according to strict control policies.
- Communication: Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems. Respond quickly to security incidents or alarms.
- Access Coordination: Work with residents to approve visitors, vendors, and contractors. Maintain accurate records of all authorized personnel entering the building.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor entries. Prepare and file incident reports to document security-related events.
- Assistance and Support: Offer necessary assistance to residents, guests, and team members, promoting a supportive and secure environment.
- Premises Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the property remains welcoming and safe.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and directives from supervisors and managers to uphold security and service standards.
Requirements
- Experience: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security position within the hospitality sector is required.
- Skills: Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Certifications: Valid Driver’s License, Valid FL Security D-license.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods.
- Character: High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of security systems and technology. Comfortable using computers and other communication devices.
- Base Salary: $16.00- $20.00 per hour
